I will guide you step-by-step during five, 90-minute coaching sessions in 6 weeks.
Find Your Purpose
Step 1: Discover what you stand for and believe in!
We'll shine a light on your passion and listen with an open heart so you can discover and connect with your political purpose and 'just cause'. Your just cause is ....This creates the foundation of your campaign.
Your ability to connect on a personal, authentic level and speak in your honest voice will set you apart and attract the support you need to win votes - and endorsement and interviews, and so on.
You will be able to answer the question, "Why are you running for office?" from your heart, with confidence and passion - no memorized script required!
Unblock Your Purpose
Step 2: Acknowledge your humanity!
We are human, so doubts and insecurities travel with us wherever we go. They keep us out of trouble but more often our doubts and fears keep us small and anxious.
We will identify and acknowledge the "go to" voices and behaviors holding you back and get real about the lies they tell so that you can step forward with courage and truth.
You are stronger, more capable and bold than you know.
Ignite Your Purpose
Step 3: Align your purpose and mission to your campaign!
Want to talk about creating a fairer justice system? Or address homelessness? Maybe you want to improve the economic standing of everyone in the community.
We will create a mission statement for every plank of your platform which will set you apart from others with similar ideals.
Then we will share your purpose and cause with them so they can accurately represent you.
Then we will look at your messaging to make sure it is consistent and clear and your whole team speaks the same language.
